Hey everybody!
Welcome to my Argentine Adventure! I started this blog to chronicle my time in Argentina, and I'm really excited about it (though I still have about 30 days until I leave). Still, I never have a problem finding something to freak out about, be it related to my plane ticket (did I really buy the right one? What if my plane is delayed and I can't connect!) to my actual life in Argentina (what if nobody likes me!). When I'm not in the middle of one of these earth-shattering complexes, I'm spending time relaxing and getting ready to leave by planning what does and does not need to come with me. Every Study Abroad Pre-Departure meeting that I've ever been to says I shouldn't pack any more than 1 suitcase, which sounds ridiculous to me now, but I'm sure that these people who call themselves my advisers know what their talking about, so I'll try to heed their advice.
I honestly don't know what to expect in Argentina. I've heard stories from my friends about how much they loved their abroad experience, but I still can't help but be anxious about my upcoming Argentine adventure. I'll try to post as regularly as possible once I get there (as neither you, nor I have any interest in my thrilling life at my home in the U.S.). Until then, I can only wait and imagine!
